Promo Mechanics

1. The promo period is from March 23 to May 07, 2026. ​ 
2. This promo is open to all verified, new and existing GoTyme Bank eligible customers only.
   1. GoTyme Bank eligible customers refer to FIFA World Cup 2026™ Pitch Black GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Cardholders:
      1. Have successfully printed a Pitch Black GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card
      2. Have opted in to the raffle promo
      3. Have met the minimum spend requirement during the promo period 
         
   2. For the flyout grand prizes: 
      
      1. The drawn winners and companions must have an active passport with at least 6 months validity and must have an approved U.S visa.  
         
3. Eligible participants must formally opt in to the raffle promotion by submitting the completed consent form: Gotyme Bank FIFA – Pitch Black debit card official form, which will also be posted on GoTyme Bank's official social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) and on the official promo page of the website. 
   
4. To earn raffle entries with the Pitch Black GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card: 
   
   1. Customers will earn one (1) raffle entry for every ₱1,000 spent on a single-receipt transaction using a GoTyme Bank physical Visa Debit Card. For overseas transactions, raffle entries will be tripled — users will earn three (3x) raffle entries for every ₱1,000 spent in a single receipt. Deadline of earning of raffle entries is 11:59PM of May 07, 2026. 

5. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may earn. However, participants may only win once during the promo. If a winner is drawn more than once, he/she will be awarded the prize of higher value.

7. The following transactions are considered void and will not earn raffle entries: 
   
   1. Multiple transactions or payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers. 
      
   2. Splitting of a single purchase into multiple transactions in order to earn additional raffle entries. 
      
   3. Any transaction that is false, fraudulent, in violation of GoTyme Bank or Visa’s Terms & Conditions, or that is subsequently cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason whatsoever. 
      
8. During the promo period, if a cardholder reprints any of the following GoTyme Visa Debit Cards: (1) Classic, (2) Pitch Black, or (3) Trophy Gold, the card that remains activated at the end of the promo period shall be deemed as the customer’s eligible card. This final activated card will determine the type of prize to be granted. 
   
9. The raffle draw will be conducted on May 13, 2026 via an online randomizer, in the presence of a DTI representative through a Microsoft Teams online meeting or physically through 21F, Bridgetowne, Giga Tower, 80 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Quezon City, 1110 Metro Manila. Raffle winners will be announced on GoTyme Bank’s official Facebook Page. 
   
10. After the draw, all identified winners shall undergo final verification by GoTyme Bank to confirm eligibility under this promo. 
    
11. Winners who are determined to be eligible will be officially notified by GoTyme Bank through their registered mail, email address, and/or mobile number by May 14, 2026. 
    
12. The winners shall be required to acknowledge within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the notification from GoTyme Bank’s official communication channels. If there is no response from the winner within the required period, the prize may be forfeited upon prior approval from DTI. 
    
13. Raffle winners must acknowledge the notification and present the following information and/or documents prior to claiming the prize: 
    
    1. Full Name  
       
    2. GoTyme Bank-registered Mobile Number  
       
    3. Present Address  
       
    4. One (1) Valid Government-Issued ID (e.g. Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address  
       
    5. Tax Identification Number (TIN) 
       
14. With regard to claiming the Minor prizes: 
    
    1. The winners must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of the notification via email and/or mobile number. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of GoTyme Bank with prior DTI approval. 
       
    2. The winners should claim the prizes in these areas: 
       
       1. Within Metro Manila: To present documents at the GoTyme Bank Office located at 21F, Bridgetowne, Giga Tower, 80 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Quezon City, 1110 Metro Manila, between Mondays and Fridays, from 09:00 to 18:00.  
          
       2. Outside Metro Manila: To coordinate with the GoTyme Bank Marketing and Customer Service team on the delivery of prizes.    
          
15. With regard to claiming the Grand prizes:   
    
    1. The Winner should confirm and acknowledge their status by May 24, 2026, so that Visa/GoTyme Bank can process the necessary travel documents. 
       
16. For the Grand Prize, the following terms and conditions shall apply: 
    
    1. The Pitch Black GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card winner shall travel from June 12 to 18, 2026 in time for the FIFA World Cup 26™. 
       
       1. Flights are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once ticketed. 
          
       2. Travel dates will be set within the promo's assigned travel window. No rebooking or changes beyond this period will be accommodated. 
          
       3. All other costs, except those explicitly stated in the "Prizes" section, shall be shouldered by the winner. These include, but are not limited to, transport to and from the airport, meals or activities outside of the scheduled programitinerary, hotel incidentals, visa fees, passport processing, travel insurance, and any other personal or incidental expenses not covered under the Hospitality Package. 
          
17. Prizes are not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged for other items or services.  
    
18. Prizes are transferable to anyone the winner nominates as long as the nominees already have a valid passport, US visa, and GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card. 
    
    1. In case of a transfer, the winner must surrender a certified letter indicating the complete name of the person to whom he/she is transferring the prize package to. The transferee of the prize package should provide and comply with the same documentary requirements, and comply with the deadline of document submission. The latter must be an existing GoTyme Bank Visa cardholder and has a valid U.S. visa.  
       
19. All GoTyme Bank and Visa employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in this promotion. 
    
20. Prize taxes are for the account of GoTyme Bank Corporation. 
    
21. The winners shall grant GoTyme Bank and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on television, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GoTyme Bank and/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners. 
    
22. By claiming a prize, winners release GoTyme Bank and Visa from liability for damages as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the part of GoTyme Bank or Visa. 
    
23. Upon prior approval of DTI, GoTyme Bank Corporation reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 
    
24. In case of disputes relating to eligibility, coverage dates, or fulfillment, GoTyme Bank's decision will prevail upon concurrence with DTI. 
    
25. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw the awarding of prizes to accounts determined to be invalid, suspended, closed, under review, in violation of GoTyme or Visa's Terms & Conditions, fraudulent, engaged in promo abuse, or otherwise not in good standing with GoTyme Bank or Visa. 
    
26. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Visa or GoTyme Bank. 
    
27. Cancelled or declined transactions for any reason whatsoever will result in the withdrawal of raffle entries even if already credited. 
    
28. GoTyme Bank users with duplicate or blacklisted accounts cannot participate. Prizes or benefits may be cancelled or withdrawn if proven.
